Product Registration

Your product comes with a one year warranty as standard. This warranty covers against manufacturer faults and defects. 

We provide an extended one year warranty on top of the standard one year warranty for registered i-box products. This extended warranty also covers against manufacturer faults and defects.

In the event of valid claim within the extended warranty period, we will provide a direct replacement or a replacement of similar functionality and value.

To obtain your extended warranty, please complete the below product registration form within 45 days of purchase.
